Access control by biometrics, using the Space Live equipment (Biometric reader, tag, intercom and integrated IP camera and LED screen to view the doorman live).

Monitored Ordinance

The condominium has total control of visitor access and deliveries and performs its own entrance and exit management, through calls to external and internal intercoms via a local or direct concierge with the apartment. The control is performed by biometrics, using the Space Reader, which has a biometric and tag reader.
